Retreux Parlor

The Retreux Parlor is revised and modern version of a turn of the century iconic parlor guitar, retaining the classic 12" lower bout body shape and improving on all other aspects.

Originally designed in 2009 to be a more “affordable” guitar model during the economic downturn, the Retreux Parlor has been hailed by many as one of the best modern day smaller guitars being built today.

The Retreux Parlor features a slightly longer scale of 24.5’ and a 13th fret neck/body joint which vastly improves access to the octave and keeps the bridge in “sweet spot” on the soundboard.

A wide range of colorful acrylics are used for the rosette and accents areas like the end wedge and heel cap.

Schertler open back tuners with Ebony buttons, Gold Evo fretwire, unbound sideport and bone nut and saddle are all included in the base price of $4600 (TKL case and many tonewood options included).

A wide variety of premium tonewoods and design options are available for additional cost.

Base price $5,850
